The other day when Nora arrives to school in the morning she cannot wait to tell her friend how many positive comments she has already received about one of her created looks on her Blog.

Her friend doesn't listen to her, because she's chatting with her smartphone. Nora is disturbed by this behaviour. She thinks about missing important conversations herself because she uses her smartphone too often.

Martin benefits from being self-aware in his job as waiter in his dads' restaurant. It makes him a better communicator and he is more likely to get tips and be promoted. Therefore it is a win-win for the restaurant to help all of their staff become more self-aware in the workplace, understand their own skills and areas to improve, as well as how guests see them, and how they fit into the restaurant as larger organisation.
