„Soft skills will shape the workforce of the future" I Wednesday, 21 April 2021 I 09:30 to 13:30 (CET) on Microsoft Teams

The official event language is English.

Worldwide trends like the digitalisation and ever-increasing globalization are radically changing our surroundings. All this poses a huge challenge for us.
What will my company look like, what will my job look like in the future? What competencies will be needed going forward?
The change from an employer to an applicant market, new platforms, alternative approaches to attracting and retaining employees, and the prevailing shortage of skilled workers are all increasing the demands placed on companies and their HR departments.
Let´s discuss "How Soft skills will shape the workforce of the future"!
